Organizing Materials with Collections
Updated this week

Collections are groups of uploaded or generated images and videos. Creating Collections allows you to organize project media and effortlessly move projects between Canvases.

To create a Collection, select one or multiple Materials on the Canvas and click the grid icon. Each Collection you create will appear in your Materials library. Select and drag other Materials into the Collection—there is no limit to how many you add.

When a Collection is on the Canvas you can:

  • Zoom in and out using the slider at the bottom of the Collection.

  • Scroll through the Collection use the slider on the right.

  • Expand a Collection by dragging the corners or edges of the Collection.

  • Drag Media out of the Canvas to use in Flows.

  • Rearrange the contents of the Collection.

To generate media from a Flow directly into a Collection, drag a line out from the side node in any Flow to connect with the node of a Collection. Media from that Flow will automatically generate in that collection.

You can connect multiple Flows to a Collection, and multiple Collections to a Flow. When multiple Collections are connected to a Flow, duplicates of generated Media will appear in each Collection.

To Name a Collection click on the Collection number while the Collection is open in the Canvas. Type the new name, and press enter to save. The updated name will appear with that Collection in the Canvas and in the Materials section.

To delete a collection from the Canvas select the Collection and click on the delete icon or press delete on your keyboard. The Collection will still be available in the Materials section.

To locate a Collection in the Materials section, scroll across the Collections menu at the top of Materials. Click on it to open in Materials, or drag the Collection on to the Canvas.
