How do I cancel my plan?
Don’t want to renew or need a month off? No problem, just cancel your plan before the end of your current billing period. You’ll have full access for entire billing period, even after cancelling.
To cancel your plan and ensure no further renewals or charges occur click on:
The profile icon on the bottom left of the site
'Account’ in the menu
'My Plan'
'Cancel plan'
Complete the steps in the Cancel Flow and confirm your cancellation.
You will receive email confirmation that the plan is cancelled.
